Dr. Jimoh Fatoki is an Assistant Professor of Management at ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ, with a research emphasis on Operations and Supply Chain Management. He completed his Ph.D. from New Mexico State University where his dissertation focuses on how different levels of supplier involvement impact business performance through supply chain risk management. Before starting his Ph.D. program, Jimoh had a background in Agricultural and Environmental engineering with a research focus on wood utilization and waste management.

Jimoh’s teaching focuses on how organizations develop value-added approaches to increase productivity and operational efficiency. He teaches topics related to how companies can design strategy, planning, and operation to enhance competitive advantage, including designing goods and services, location and facility design, quality management, inventory management, reliability, and maintenance. Additionally, he teaches business analytics, where students are taught how to tell informative stories and make accurate business decisions using data analysis.

In the area of research, Jimoh focuses on conducting empirical and analytical studies in the fields of supply chain management and sustainability. His research investigates how new technologies help to coordinate and integrate supply chain activities to become more agile, robust, and resilient. Besides, he explores how entities on supply chains harmonize resources and competencies to develop supply chain risk management capabilities necessary to reduce the negative consequences of disruptions, including demand fluctuations, internal operational failures, and catastrophic events. His research has been published in the Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Journal of Biosystems Engineering, and Textiles and Light Industrial Science and Technology.
