Student Programs, Leadership, & Orientation

Student Programs, Leadership, & Orientation works to provide diverse opportunities for students to connect with clubs and organizations across campus. Make the most of your college experience and GET INVOLVED! Our students create and foster learning environments to gain awareness of self and others, discover leadership as an action, and value the responsibility to contribute positively to the campus and greater community. We want to help you connect your passions to our various groups on campus to make your time at ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ a memorable one!

With more than 75+ clubs and 7 organizations to choose from, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make new friends, discover new hobbies, and develop your leadership, organizational, and creative skills. Becoming involved in clubs is a great way to meet like-minded students with similar interests. By joining one of our organizations, students are able to make a difference campus wide.

  • Connect with students and help make a difference on campus in the community by joining the Multicultural Student Union or the Sexuality and Gender Alliance.
  • Report on everything ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ by writing for the Hawks Herald, our campus newspaper.
  • Become a member of the student radio station, WQRI 88.3fm, and have your own radio show.
  • Represent the ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ student body and help create change on the Student Senate.
  • Be a representative for your class and plan exciting class specific events as a member of the Inter-Class Council.
  • Plan large scale events such as concerts, carnivals, and many other exciting events with the Campus Entertainment Network.

Our goal is to provide opportunities for all students to enrich their academic experiences. We want each person to find ways to grow and develop over their time at ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ, to enhance their collegiate experience, and to leave a positive impact on campus.
